SOBRE LA COLECCIÓN MESOPOTAMIA

ABOUT THE MESOPOTAMIA COLLECTION

The new FW 25 collection, called Mesopotamia, was launched on October 26th and consists of 10 exclusive designs inspired by the Mesopotamian era. One of the most relevant collections of the year, as it is a season made up of months in which women tend to invest in jewelry.

In the Mesopotamia designs, you can appreciate several current trends, adapted to the personality and essence of Dosprimeras. As Lucía Aquino, the brand's designer, adds, "in this collection, we embrace trends such as maximalism, chunky style, and chocolate brown, while maintaining the brand's style, with the purpose of being faithful to our essence and what the Dosprimeras customer is looking for."

For this reason, Mesopotamia designs feature an XL size, with great presence and prominence, as they were worn in previous years or in the Mesopotamian era, where jewelry reflected a certain social status. However, they are still versatile pieces of jewelry, easy to wear both for everyday use and for more special occasions. Jewelry with significant but not excessive volume.

As Ana Iglesias, the brand's founder, points out, "our goal is for our creations to be very versatile and easy to combine with each other, with the aim that by joining several pieces you can create your own maxi jewel. In this way, we ensure that our customers' investment in jewelry is worthwhile, as they will be able to wear them in a thousand ways and get more use out of them."

Another major trend that the jewelry firm has wanted to join is the shade of chocolate brown, but giving it a more coppery tone. As Aquino explains, "this is what we mean by adapting fashion to our product. Adding the touch of copper allows us to give timelessness to our jewelry, so that our customers can also wear them in the SS 26 season, as this color brings a lot of light and sparkle to the typical white looks of good weather."

Although the designs vary according to the season and the evolution of fashion, Dosprimeras jewelry maintains the hammered technique in its creation, which reflects the value of artisanal work, and the use of certified Czech crystals, two characteristics that allow our designs to be easily identified.

In the FW 25 collection, several pieces of jewelry stand out as perfect gift ideas for this Christmas. Aquino recommends opting for special pieces that a person does not usually buy for themselves on a daily basis, such as: the Babylonia choker, a maxi piece with a lot of sparkle thanks to the Czech crystals; any of the two rings from the Mesopotamia collection, Babylonia ring or Marduk seal, which advocate the chunky style with a lot of volume; the Tigris necklace, composed of a cascade of chains, which joins the layering trend in an innovative way; and, finally, the Tiamat ear cuff earrings, which stand out for their style, innovation, and versatility, as they can be worn in different ways, with or without chains to leave only the button-shaped earring.
